I've had a very frustrating experience with Lenovo.com and I am wondering if there are others with the same problem.
I created an account on the site to try and begin an order. Surprisingly, it would not let me login with my freshly created name after I received the confirmation e-mail. So I reset the password and tried again. It still did not work. It simply says "Wrong Password" every time.
I created another account, but the same problem occurred. Then I decided to try it under Internet Explorer, and I was able to login. I was going to go on from there, but later on, I ran into a host of 404 errors and maintenance notices.
It also took me about 10 tries to add a laptop to my wishlist. It kept showing up empty whenever I tried to add it.
So I am going to try again tonight when I have access to Internet Explorer. But I am starting to have second thoughts about this whole company.
