Thinking of upgrading.

Right now I have a T23. What would be a good model to upgrade to? I love the Thinkpads and have been very happy with my T23. My screen is an SXGA now, so I would want at least that. Also would expect more speed (now have 1.2GHz). Any suggestions? This is just a feeler... I am not hot to trot (yet).
