Purchase of extended warranty

Good afternoon folks.

I purchased a two year extended warranty for my T60 back on August 3rd. On August 6th my creditcard was charged for this service. Anyhow, it is now the 28th and the warranty has not shown up in the Lenovo database..... I've made numerous calls to Lenovo and for some reason I can't seem to get in touch with someone here in America who can direct me or give me the info I'm requesting. I've spent more time on hold, only to be disconnected numerous times..... This is getting old to say the least. :x

Anyhow, I would like to speak with a Lenov supervisor who has the means to resolve this issue. As it stands now, my original 3 year warranty expired on August 25th......

Could anyone give me a name an number so I can get this taken care of once and for all.

It would easier for everyone all around if you just went over to Lenovo's forum and sent Mark a PM.

Follow up note:

As it turned out, the salesman at Lenovo did in fact sell me the wrong warranty. After numerous calls, and I mean numerous, I was finally able to reach out to someone at Lenovo who is undoing the mess and setting me up with the correct two year extention on my T60. For all the trouble, Lenovo is sticking with the original price of $79. bucks, even though this coverage retails at $199. This erro on the part of the Lenovo sales Dept. may have effected other members on this forum. So, check your status if you recently were offered the 2 year extended warranty at $79.00.
