I purchased a two year extended warranty for my T60 back on August 3rd. On August 6th my creditcard was charged for this service. Anyhow, it is now the 28th and the warranty has not shown up in the Lenovo database..... I've made numerous calls to Lenovo and for some reason I can't seem to get in touch with someone here in America who can direct me or give me the info I'm requesting. I've spent more time on hold, only to be disconnected numerous times..... This is getting old to say the least.
Anyhow, I would like to speak with a Lenov supervisor who has the means to resolve this issue. As it stands now, my original 3 year warranty expired on August 25th......
Could anyone give me a name an number so I can get this taken care of once and for all.
