Smallest ThinkPad with native serial port

Hello,

Which is the smallest thinkpad that have a native serial port? I know all about usb-serial and pcmcia-serial adapters but I don't want that.

The smallest that I could find is a 600X at 13.3 inch screen. Are there any other options? The ideal laptop for me would a x41 with a serial port but there is no such thing.

PS. I already have the docking station for my X41 but I want a serial port ON laptop not on docking.

The 240 series, including the 240, 240X, and 240Z. 10.4" display and just under 3 pounds.

This probably isn't what you're looking for but I post it anyway since many people don't know about it. There is an UltraBay Slim adapter for the T6x series providing serial and parallel ports. Both are native ports, 100% compatible, they don't use any bridge chips like the USB adapters do.

You might want to take this route (for example with a 14.1" T60) if older laptops are too slow for you.

More modern ones include the T20/T21/T22 with 512MB RAM, T23 with 1GB RAM and T30 with 2GB RAM. All 14.1" screens.

240 is very hard to find. A T60 with that ultrabay adapter would be nice also.
