Yet another low end ThinkPad (not X100e)

Thinkpad Edge: 13.3", Intel or AMD low-end CPUs, looks like a bigger X100e.

Build materials seem very cheap judging from the photos, $549+? no thanks.

i wonder if they gonna make the T and X series looks exactly like that too? if that happens im done with thinkpads, HPs offer a trackpoint too you know and their keyboard will probably be better.

Kinda sad, really, that Lenovo's managed to take a brand from being the most respected name in laptops to another budget notebook label in just under five years.

I wonder where consumers will go to find solid laptops once they "consumerize" the rest of the line?

IBM used laptops store. i am hopping to use my T60p for years to come.

I won't rush to judge it yet, but I am stocking up on parts. I figure I can make my current Thinkpads live for a while.
