Difference between warranties?

Difference between: onsite repair 9x5/next business day and depot repair? Which is better? I mean not the speed but the quality.

hard to say..
but i think on site would be faster and more personalized..
and less chance of the tech claiming "user damage" or the like..
and easier to demonstrate an esoteric problem..
