Purchase prices and other questions for Thinkpad Top Seller

I know that one can buy Thinkpads online and have bought 3/4 made to orders online.

I also have bought 2 of them that were part of the TopSeller line with 3 years warranty etc. (even SMB)

Questions:

- Does the TopSeller package have overall higher value for money benefit / more discounted package?
- Pros & Cons of going the TopSeller model route?
- Can the TopSeller be bought direct from Lenovo online / on the phone?
- What would be the best / discounted pricing for the Top Seller program? Any recommended vendors / dealers / distributors?
