Bios Tool under XP (&others) ?

Hi,

to search for "Bios" makes no sense, so not found anything yet ...

Is there any Program that runs when the OP system is started and running, to let me investigate (and preferrably change) the bios settings on my machine without having to shutdown & reboot to go into the bios menu?

Thanks for any hints.
