x220 x230 camera

does anybody know if the cameras from x220 and x230 are compatible.
I have ordered a x230 tablet without a camera and I was looking into installing it myself.
There are several x220 cameras available on ebay but none of the 230.

So I am asking if would be able to install a x220 camera in my x230 laptop.

Have you referred to the HMM and countercheck the P/N...?
