Wifi disconnected after sleep

Hi guys,

I have a question... It is still strange to me and I don't know what I am missing...

All my 4 thinkpads at home running are connecting wirelessly to my wifi router, and everytime it went to sleep, it will take about a minute to 3 minutes to get re-connected back to internet. But Access Connection will show connected with an IP address. All the 4 was freshly installed by me and it could be something that I miss for this issue to happen to all 4 ThinkPads.

Could it be some default setting that interferes?

Any suggestions will be appreciated...
