Want IBM External FingerPrint reader for my Thinkpad.

Does anyone have or know where I can get the IBM Thinkpad USB External FingerPrint Reader? Cannot find on eBay, Kijiji, or CraigsList, nor a Google search of the part numbers. Mine is finally failing, and a new cable did not do the trick, so I believe it is the device connector that is broken. I have gotten so use to it, I would like to purchase a new one if I can find one! Appreciate any pointers or offers. Model# FP06, ASM P/N 89P8382, IBM FRU P/N 89P8385.
