Recond a Li-Ion Battery?

Is there a way to recond a Li-ion battery? Recently my friend gave me a spoiled T22 battery and I thought of recond it. The battery can charged up to 100% but will suddenly die off after 15 minutes. Upon restartin it only have 10% battery.
