I was wondering what are some good, cheap laptop bags or sleeves for a 15" T43. I do not want a backback, and would like to keep cost around $40 if that is at all possible.
Thanks!
I just picked up one of these.

Bill has these on his site - Targus makes a vesion too. Got mine on ebay. Very nice leather. Matches the M3 perfectly! Includes an padded carry strap.

I went through this exercise for my 15" T42 a month ago and ended up getting the basic Waterfield sleeve that I slip in my briefcase for $39. Note that there are various configurations for this bag - flaps, straps, etc. I like the toploading, zipperless arrangement since I put this in my briefcase everyday.

My 15" T42 fits snugly into the sleeve and when I close the strap the two sides come together to hide the laptop, unlike sfbags website photo. I would buy this again if I had to do it over (although the leather sleeve on the link above looks pretty nice too . . . .). I also liked the Booq Viper but it was out a few weeks at the time.
My criteria was something all black or close to it (I'm an architect, I can't help it) and a snug, not sloppy, fit. As I studied various bags and their sizes I found that many of them seemed as though they would have a sloppy fit on the 15" T42 (or they didn't meet my aesthetic criteria).
There are many more thread on this forum about bags and sleeves. One place to start is looking at the T-series forum FAQ/Info Stickys.
