TrackPoint cap identification?

So I know this is probably not an official cap, but came w/ an X60s that I picked up on ebay.



Wondering if anyone knows where I can buy buy them? I find the more protruded profile to be more responsive, and the build is actually very sturdy.

Lenovo sells them, but you can probably get them from amazon.com or ebay as well.

Gom, a close look at that cap shows it's more of a true eraserhead than the factory classic (i.e., cat's tongue) cap. It's smooth all of the way around, has a sharp edge and a flat top. After viewing hundreds of photos on eBay I could not find a matching cap. Maybe ask the eBay seller of the X60 where it was purchased from?

Ray, you are correct. I do believe that is an aftermarket cap. There are similar Lenovo caps, but there is a difference.
