the best mini pci video card ?

Hi,
Is there a good miniPCI HD card that would support the latest Flash versions (11)
I have found a lot of threads discussing Broadcom BCM970015/BCM70015 Crystal HD but as I see it lacks support for the latest flash player.
So is there a better alternative?

BTW my laptop is an x61s but my question is general.
