Did anyone opened 90W Slim AC/DC Combo Adapter?

hello,

did anyone opened this AC/DC adapter?I suppose that cable in my adapter is damaged. but im not sure about dismounting - iknow that I need slightly damage the case but I would like to keep safe internal elements.

Maybe someone has a image of the opened adapter?
