ports not showing in device manager???

I have the s230 twist running windows 7 premium

I'm wondering why "PORTS" are not listed under device manager?

I'm trying to reprogram my galaxy s4 and I have to be able to ADD New ports but I can not do that if it does not recognize any ports when I plug my phone in.

I have all drivers installed and updated. I'm rebooting to check the bios setting now... what else can I do???

------UPDATE------

Thanks for the replies below. I now have realized that the port listing stays invisible until a device is actually plugged in and recognized. When I have the s4 i537 plugged in, the ports show up in device manager and I am able to complete my objective.

There are no PORTS settings in the BIOS either.
Guess that's one of the many quirks of an UEFI BIOS.
However, your machine has USB options in BIOS and under Device Manager!
Set the USB in BIOS to Auto and then the external USB ports are able to work in USB 2.0 and/or 3.0 mode.
If set to Enabled, they only work as USB 3.0, which your phone probably does not 'understand'.
