Thinkpad External Charger

Anyone have any experience with the external charger? Does it work good to keep a battery charged and after reading the specs on it, does it only charge to 100% and not use the settings of Power Manager?

My experience with Thinkpads and external battery chargers is they work seamlessly and charge batteries to 100% levels. Never had a problem with the chargers or the batteries. My newest external battery charger is for the X220 and X230 29 and 44 series batteries. It only works with the battery internal controller and Power Manager is not a factor when charging. They work great.
