Rounded a screw

I would normally search first but there doesnt seem to be a function here.

Ok I was opening up a laptop and those long pins wouldnt come out. Anyway its rooted so whats the best way to get the long screw/pin out?

I don't know any Thinkpad with "long pins".
Please be more specific.
