keyboard cover

Does anybody have a suggestion as far as a keyboard cover to protect against liquid spills, or does this cut the efficacy of the cooling to the extent that it creates problems? It looks as if the cooling may come mostly through the keyboard.

Any happy/unhappy customers of a particular brand please let me know. Off line if it is best for the forum.
