thinkpad r51 refurbish

#1 Post by amoon » Sun May 21, 2017 11:12 pm

Hi All,

I would like to refurbish my old Thinkpad R51 Laptop.
I have selected the parts to buy from the parts from the shopping chart,
but not able to select my destination country INDIA.

Could it be possible to ship the parts to INDIA. Using UPS/DHL courier service.

Best Regards
-Anand

Why an r51, its 12 years old?
Welcome to the jungle, we have FrankenPads
If you want it you're going to bleed, but that is the price to pay
And you're a very rare mobo, very hard to get
You can see the blinky lights, but you won't get them for free.

I am sentimental attached to this old Thinkpad R51 Laptop.
It's working perfectly only the fabrication is broken.

If the part could be shipped to India It would be most happy moment.

A package from USA to India can be shipped via USPS.

Example:
a package weighing 2 Pounds would cost US $49.70
shipped Priority Mail International®
Max. length 42", max. length plus girth combined 79"
Delivery time: 6-10 business days to most destinations
