OneKey can not find recovery partition

This is similar to a question I asked previously but this is more about OneKey.

I am running Windows 10. Due to an issue with the network adapter not working I need to recover my system. My system originally had W7 installed. For some reason the adapter worked for years with W10, but then it stopped working. I replaced the adapter with an OEM part. It worked for a week. Now it does not. I was told the adapter is not compatible with W10.

I do not know if upgrading to W7 damaged the recovery partition.

F11 no longer works. I downloaded OneKey. When I try to use OneKey I am receiving a message that it can not find the recovery partition.

When I run a program called EaseUS for repairing a partition it does show files in the recovery partition. However in Windows Explorer it does not.

Does the recovery partition have a drive letter?
