iPhone 12 Pro doesn't charge from ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock (Gen 2) USB-C port

My iPhone 12 Pro doesn't charge with the new (round) Apple magnetic dock connected to the USB-C front port of the ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock (Gen 2).

Does anyone have a tip?
