I managed to get a copy of the IBM ThinkPad "Software Selections" CD with the most recent files on the CD dated 13 September 2000. The disk is a T21 disk, with version 1.0 on the label, but when the Software Selections program starts up, it identifies itself as IBM Software Selections Version 2.2.
This disk has drivers and software for Win95 through Win2K, and is obviously a major resource. Is there a later version out there?
EDIT: And I found an image of it here (untested): https://archive.org/details/ibm-thinkpa ... ws-2000-nt
