Seeking Info on UltraBay Converters: FRU 62P4557 (Slim to 2000 Plus) & FRU 73P3268

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for an accessory, officially from IBM, that can convert an Ultrabay Slim to an Ultrabay 2000 (Plus). the fru number is 62P4557.
This accessory converts a 9.5mm high Slim drive to a 12.5mm high 2000 (Plus) slot and changes the interface position. this would require an internal circuit board or similar component to complete the conversion.
Also, according to Thinkwiki, ibm released an accessory to convert an ultrabay enhanced to an Ultrabay 2000 (Plus); I believe the fru number is 73P3268.
This allows the A series and T21-T30 and R30-R40 to use newer (and cheaper) hardware. Since these original parts are nearly extinct, i have the following questions for the community:
Has anyone successfully 3D modeled these shells?
Has anyone documented the internal circuit or pin alignment for the interface conversion?
Any help, technical diagrams, or high-res photos of the internals would be greatly appreciated!
