14 day return/new product guarantee after purchase?

Hello!

I heard that there is a 14 day return guarantee after purchase for any reason, and also a "new product" guarantee (you'll get a new one when it is defect in the first 14 days).

Is this also valid in Austria/Europe?
Has anyone some further information (Links at ibm/Lenovo).

I was under the impression that it was 30 days no questions ask money back garuntee. Could be wrong.

Something wrong with your comp or just wondering?

Ok, the IBM guy from the hotline said, that there is no longer a 14 day return guarantee from IBM anymore since Mai 2005.

That only applies in the EU, not the USA.
