IBM Wallpaper...customizing cities

Hey all, I recently got the black and gray IBM world map wallpaper. I was told (and think i've seen it too) a customization that lets you add or highlight cities. Anyone know anything about this and how I can do it...hopefully its an applet or something and not a photoshop!

A bit off topic, but which link did you use to get the wallpaper? The link I have is not working and hasn't for the last two days:

I PMed a user on these forums asking for the wallpaper. He sent the most request wallpapers via email quite promptly...good guy!
His user name is edelrc. I could also forward the files he sent me if you would like.
So anyone..ideas as to how to make this interactive or put the cities on?
