Anyone have any Thinkpad TFT specs for comparison?

Hello y'all! this is my first post to this forum and as much as I'm a newbie here, I'm no newbie to thinkpads - 6 years in the running and a satisfied thinkuser

My old T20 finally died a sorry death after much much abuse and I have no regrets - I'm on the market for a new thinkpad.

I found one post on the web sharing views about TFT performance on a T42p:

I notice that Lenovo/IBM does not post any specs on their website. I've been quite happy with ThinkPad TFTs and would like to know if anyone has any published specs in terms of response time, contrast ratio, dot pitch, etc. like they publish for desktop monitors?

I'm well aware that these numbers are subjective and it would be nice to get some ballpark figures and in particular, want to know if the specs for the T-series are different than that of the R-series.
