Looking for firendly service center - worldwide!

I'm looking for a friendly Thinkpad service center that could help me get a certain diskette image, which is - according to tech support - only available to service centers. Could anyone recommend a service center / repair shop?

More info on the diskette:
* CE Utility Diskette for the iSeries 1200 (1161-267 in my case).
* Web Doc ID: "MIGR-493UYM"
* The diskette can be used to configure the inverter board EEPROM, and if not applied correctly it may make the entire machine unusable. I've been told that this is the reason why the diskette is only available to service centers.
