It's been a while since this happened now, but I'll add a reply anyway.
On the fixes listed up on the new Software Installer, it states that it fixed a problem with the Norwegian version of the SI. It would be cool to see how many norwegian users there are on the forum here
Are all the others that had the same problem with SI crashing also norwegians?

No, for the two of us I know that we are Slovenian for other I don't know. Though I must tell you that the crashing problem has been fixed with the latest version of english software installer.
If you are exoeriencieng any difficulties, which you cannot fix with norvegian Software Installer, I reccomend you that you try Englih version. I gurantee it works well.
