Hi.
I had the problem, that i had a dead pixel, so thought..
It appears, that the scroll button function is showing up as 1 single pixel, at random places on the screen from time to time.
It goes away if i just press the button ones.
Does anybody knows why it appears?
I do not use the scroll button normally.
Kind regards.
Scroll button appears up as 1pixel.

If I'm not mistaken, this issue has been covered before. There is apparantly a qwerk with the software. Do a search for this by using the Search button at the top of the screen.
FWIW, I keep my touchpad turned off. Recently one of my kids turned it back on (behind my back
). I was noticing my trackpoint was occasionally making boxes on my desktop - simular to a cropping box you will see in Microsoft Paint. Initially I was puzzled why I was suddenly experiencing this. Then I discovered the touchpad was turned on. I turned the touchpad back off, and the funny behavior went away. I suppose some combination of putting my finger on the touchpad and using the trackpoint simulataneously caused the behavior I witnessed.
