RecordNow will burn the following image files only:
GI, ISO, IMA, IMG, IMAGE and UDI.

If you can use BIN, CDI, CDR, DVD, GI, IMG, ISO, LST, MDS, NRG, PDI or UDI (but not CUE) files you can burn (really decent quality too) with DVD Decryptor. I do this quite often and am very pleased with the results. DVD Decryptor is free, not so large and can be downloaded from here:
http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm

If you are using CUE sheets along with BIN files (both appear as files) then you can use a program called DAEMON TOOLS to "mount" the BIN file as if it's a CD or DVD to begin with and then use RecordNow to do a disc-copy like you would normally do from CD to CD or DVD to DVD. It's also free and can be downloaded here: http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/portal/ ... ry&catid=5

Or spend $60 and ditch RecordNow and get Nero...

Of course, you should also know that the .bin is just a renamed .iso. Just rename it to iso and you will see it will be written just fine.
