Support request - still no answer

Hi,

I sent a week ago a support request on the IBM site related to the warranty issue, but the only one responses I got were from auto-responder and second one that they resend it somewhere ...

But still no adequate response, I cannot call there, does anyone know email address of IBM support please ? :oops:
