Hi all,

Tried to do a online software check using Software Installer, and it doesn't seem to be working.

All it did was to prompt "Connecting to Web Service", and then it disappears. Nothing else happens after that.

Was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same problem as me, as I'm starting to freak out.

Am using the latest Software Installer s/w 3.15.0510.

It's Sunday which tends to be maintenance day. Give it a few hours.
