Anyone having trouble with Bluetooth (latest software)

I am having trouble sending an image from my X41 to my Sony Ericsson T616. I receive the error "The file could not be sent because the connection could not be established. check to make sure the bluetooth radio is plugged in". I have a feeling that the trouble I may be facing may have to do with:

A. Sony Ericsson's Mobile Phone Monitor
B. Thinkpad Integrated Bluetooth IV Software (3.0.1.918)
C. Microsoft Bluetooth Software

Previously I had no problems sending files but now it will only let me sync with either outlook of Float's Mobile Agent. The file I am trying to send is apg file and it has not worked on either a Sony Ericsson T616 or S700i.

I would appreciate any troubleshooting tips anyone can provide.

the only problem i am having with bluetooth is that the connection (to nokia 6630) won't close when going into hibernation and though when i resume the system the connections are stuck. reboot helps fix this, but it is annoying because when in a hurry and connected i just close the lid and when i work to continue working i have to wait 5 mins to reboot.

and sometimes the connection hangs, but this is not so frequent though still annoying it seems not such an issue to me.
