Yup there are heaps out there. For your purposes, best to get one that comes bundled with a USB Bluetooth dongle (only if your notebook doesn't have a bluetooth transceiver). I know MSI has a decent package if you're after a something with a dongle (they call it Sky Talk or something equally as ridiculous, but it's not bad).
Otherwise there are a lot out there. Logitech Wireless Freedom's comfortable if you don't want to stick something in your ear, GG03A's also a fantstic little headset (sound is superb), and LG's new "Stormtrooper" looking thing is also light and comfortable. If you're not keen to stomach the ridiculously exorbitant prices demanded for these simple little gizmos, just go for a cheap little no-name one - there are quite a few out there.
Just try to keep in mind that the frequency Bluetooth runs at is 2.4GHz, which also happens to be the same frequency at which a microwave oven excites water molecules. In other words, you'll be strapping a relatively high-powered microwave transceiver about 3cm from your brain...don't let me discourage you though
EDIT: Sorry was a bit hasty reading your post. If all you need is something to hear your notebook (and not necessarily two way comms), you can just go for a set of wireless headphones. The sound quality on some of them is pretty good. I'd recommend you steer clear of infra-red, and look for a branded set of RF wireless headphones (Sennheiser have some great ones).
