Website to lookup keyboard part numbers to get UK English

I hope I am in the right place - apologies if I am not.

When I bought a T20 Type 2647 - 21G recently, it took me a
week to notice that the keyboard was [and still is!] a Spanish one. This is just to set the tone so you know what level of expertise is operating here!

I find the Spanish a pain and want to fit a UK English - which, in spite of the above, I feel confident to undertake. Got a manual, read it, got a hammer etc.

I have looked up the part number at http://www-3.ibm.com and apparently I need 02K5731 NMB or 02K5702 ALPS. These appear to be one and the same thing.

Needless to say, someone buying cheap, second-hand, spanish laptops is
going to balk at lashing out on a prissy new part. So ebay for me.

However, I have yet to see a keyboard for a T20 with the 'right' part
number. For example, there is one currently up for grabs listed as UK
English but 02K4963 or 02K4872 FRU, another 02K4953/4972, another 02K5545 etc. I have tried searching the above IBM parts site with the ebay numbers but they produce 'no results'. Questions put to the various ebay vendors produce no info.

So the question is: is there a website where I can enter a part number to see exactly what it is? and if, therefore it might do for me.
