I am looking at a thinkpad t42 with a bluetooth modem. If I get this bluetooth 56k modem for my home

Does anyone know if the built in ibm bluetooth modems are class 1? and would allow 300' communication

Anyone used this setup, I can't afford ADSL which is the only type of highspeed.

I guess what I am asking is if Ibm's bluetooth modem in a t42 also receives bluetooth or has a card that does?

How would I know, I read somewhere to push F5 or fnct 5 or something.

I want to get a bluetooth access point and was wondering if I need a bluetooth dongle or not.
