I.T. XChange refurbs and warranties?

I recently purchased a T40 2373-PU7 from uBid(http://www.ubid.com/actn/opn/getpage.as ... =searchall). The refurbisher and warranty provider is a company by the name of I.T. XChange. (http://www.itxchange.com)

Does anyone have any experience with ThinkPad refurbs from ITXchange or experience in dealing with the tech support/warranty they provide?

I'm just trying to get a heads up, it's arriving tomorrow and I want to know as much as possible.
