Which USB 2.0 Tuner?

OKay Thinkpad Users.... which USB 2.0 Tuner should i get? Price willing to spend is proportional to quality.....
The ATI Wonder USB 2.0 is enticing at 99$ but Hauppauge's PVR USB 2.0 has gotten good reviews (but it seems to require windows media center OS? is this correct?)
