Does undervolting decrease the wireless strength?

i don't think so.
it's more like your wireless takes rest everytime you aren't using it.
don't undervolt when playing multiplayer games online b/c you will easily get disconnected.

hmm, I figured it wouldnt decrease speeds, which is what I think you are referring to
How about as far as signal strength and range to find routers to connect to?

Yeah. It wouldn't decrease in speed. Only that it takes rest whenever you don't use it.
I think signal strength is weaker & so is the range. Probably TP's use 1 antenna instead of 2 to conserve battery in that mode.
It's ok. TP's have dual wireless. They ought to be stronger than most wireless in other laptops.
