Audio line-in/line-out in docks & replicators?

The blurbs for the R51 docking stations and port replicators claim "Pass-through (replication) of ThinkPad notebook ports including ... audio line-in and line-out.", but my R51 doesn't have line-in or line-out to begin with, so there's apparently no port to "replicate".

Does this mean that they really don't provide line-level connections, or that there are line-level interfaces in the docking station connector on the bottom of the R51, or what?

AFAIK only the headphone and microphone ports are replicated on your unit, so no, there aren't any line level ports.

Could be wrong though.
