Thinkpad specification archive

Is there anyone, anywhere, who has an archive of legacy Thinkpad specification sheets? I am trying to trace the history of the thinner and lighter weight 560 series Thinkpads through to the present day. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Thanks, James. That is what I was hoping to find -- but it goes only to 2001. Is there something that details what succeeded the 5xx and 6xx machines (i.e., the lighter and thinner Thinkpads) after 2001?

Another good source of historical information. Winki makes it easier to find information than IBM's own FTP listing.
