unable to edit profiles in access 4.11a?

unable to edit profiles in access 4.11a?

is anyone able to give me any tips on the above? when i click on 'manage profiles' and then highlight one and right-click, edit is greyed out, along with rename and others... some of these profiles are imported. any way to do this?
