ThinkPad 390E - I can't config S-Video port

I apologise for my english that is not perfect, I'm an italian user!
I have some problem whit my old IBM thinkpad 390E, i'm trying to use it as a media station to watch the baseball game form mlb.com on my television, it has a S-Video out, but it won't works, i can setup it anyway....

Video Card is: NeoMagic MagicGrapg256AV

With all my other laptop, i'm used to right click on the desktop, than go to Setting, than Advanced settings, and (i.e. with ATi cards) than i can find something like Tv out, config...
SOmething like that...

I can not find anything with this card, in advance setting there is nothing about TV out, or S-Video, i can only change font size or color profile, driver...ecc

Is there a specific driver somewhere? I could not find anything to setup...anything like the ATi software...

Do you have any idea to fix my problem with S-VIdeo out??
