utimaco SafeGuard PrivateDisk Problem

So here is the problem. I did a clean install of my system (by essentially using IBM's c:\i386 version) and downloaded all the drivers from IBM/Lenovo website.

I also cleared any security keys in the Security Chip by going into the BIOS and disabled it just in case. Then I installed Client Security Solution 6.0 with utimaco SafeGuard. Upon boot up I enable the chip again through the software and reboot. Then I follow the wizard to "take ownership" (IBM/Lenovo lingo..??) of the machine.

I choose to login with Client Security login prompt and assign 2 passwords. One for Windows and another for Client Security Solution (CSS). I create a secure drive that gets mounted as drive R:.

Now is where the trouble is, I went into Utimaco SafeGuard PrivateDisk (USP) control panel and did something...??? But now, everytime I boot up the computer the software ask me for an "Administrative Password". I tried both passwords Windows and CSS passwords, but none work.

However, the drive will mount just fine and I can use it. I also tried accessing the password through USP control panel, but no go.

I even tried using Rescue & Recovery to restore to a previous state where I did not take ownership of the machine yet. I would then clear the chip again and disable it. Upon boot up and taking ownership again, the drive works fine. No questions are asked, but I cannot authenticate myself with the prope password for "administrative password"?

I tried calling IBM tech support, but they aren't very helpful. In fact, worse the tech support guy told me to re-install from factory setup (via predesktop) or use "Secure Data Disposal" and re-install everything to fix this...

Anyone followed me long enough to help? I'm pretty desperate so any help would be appreciated at this point.
