Hi

My wireless radio keeps turning off with no reason. This is a new problem which developed after I

1. Installes SP2
2. Updated software from Lenovo ( so I got the new Access Connections )

Earlier I could not connect because my office did not allow me to use their wireless system without SP2, so I cant say if this is a new problem or about a year old. Now I can connect intermittently but the connection keeps failing as the radio switches off.

Any ideas ? Dare I say it,but this, and other problems are tempting me to switch to the new Mac Book Pro !

go start -> thinkvantage -> access connections -> Configure -> global settings
uncheck "Enable automatic wireless LAN radio control"
