How to access to R&R partition (third one)

I have XP in primary partition.
I installed OSX which I'd like to keep on a second primary partition.
Then there's the R&R partition.
Since I installed OSX, I can't anymore access the R&R (F11: NTLDR missing). The MBR has been reinstalled so it isn't a MBR problem.
I tried Acronis boot selector: it won't find my R&Rpartition.
How can I access that partition?
