Network Bridge + Access Connections. Does it work?

#1 Post by kulivontot » Tue Jul 04, 2006 12:30 pm

Has anyone effectively got Access Connections to work while setting up the machine to bridge the network connections? I'm trying to share my wireless connections to another machine that lacks a wireless card and AC seems to be broken. It finds the proper connection and actually connects to it, but when it tries to do the IP configuration, it fails. However, it seems to not actually fail because I can get an internet connection, but after like 5 minutes the connection no longer works and I have to connect again. Kind of annoying. Anyone ever have problems like this or find a way to bridge connections using AC successfully?

Don't think that's the problem... I already have the updated driver which they link to as the solution to the problem... so I don't think that's the issue. Also it's for a completely different card. I have a T60 with a 3945 ABG wireless card
