Wistron CM9 Atheros MiniPCI Antenna Connectors

For the Thinkpad,
1) black wire = AUX
2) grey wire = MAIN

What are the consequences of reversing the antenna connections (i.e. black wire to the MAIN and grey wire to the AUX)?
